Hyderabad · Legacy of Kuchipudi Series

In Hyderabad, under Katyayani Kanak’s Legacy of Kuchipudi series at Tarikita Terrace, Pragnya shared Kalanidhi’s structured pedagogy and Anuradha Nehru’s reconstruction of Kuchipudi fundamentals. She also shared excerpts of Kalanidhi’s collaborative and unique works such as Babul, an Opera Solo, and Mitr (with choreography by Bijayini Satpathy). She also shared an excerpt of her own choreography – Ardhanareeshwara to showcase her own journey.

New Delhi · Rasa Jhari International Dance Festival

At the Andhra Association’s Rasa Jhari festival in New Delhi, Pragnya presented a 15‑minute excerpt of Omkarakarini choreographed by Sri Jai Kishore Mosalikanti. There was a very enthusiastic and heart-felt response from the audience, as they loved Pragnya’s dancing, her abhinaya, and the choreography.

Ahmedabad · Natarani Amphitheatre

The evening at Natarani, presented by Mallika Sarabhai, drew a diverse and deeply engaged audience. Viewers highlighted Pragnya’s dynamic stage presence, strong poses, and clarity of movement, with Omkarakarini, Babul, and the Opera Solo standing out as especially resonant. Natarani’s beautiful outdoor amphitheatre was one of the most special stages and atmospheres Pragnya has had the opportunity to perform in.

Bangalore · Prastuthi: A Kuchipudi Solo

In Bangalore, presented by Alif Arts Consultancy at MEDAI: The Stage, the audience included Kandyan dancers from Sri Lanka experiencing Kuchipudi live for the first time. Their curiosity and enthusiasm, especially for the Tarangam (plate dance) – Aalokaye Sri Balakrishnam, reflected how powerfully the repertoire spoke across forms and borders. Dance critic Satish Suri wrote a review of this performance on Narthaki saying, “ “The progression from invocatory stillness and divine power to emotional intimacy and exuberant pure dance unfolded organically, offering an experience that felt at once deeply traditional and refreshingly alive.”

Chennai · Prastuthi: A Kuchipudi Solo

In an intimate Chennai performance presented by Alif Arts Consultancy, senior artists Leela Samson and Revathi Ramachandran were in attendance, making the evening especially meaningful. A review by Dr. Anita Vallabh marked Pragnya’s first published solo review in India, and audiences appreciated the thoughtfully curated repertoire and its shifting moods.

Chennai · Satyam Sivam Sundaram Festival

At Kapaleeswarar Temple as part of Sridevi Nrithyalaya’s Satyam Sivam Sundaram festival, Pragnya danced for a large, engaged temple audience despite the dynamic setting and pauses due to the processions of the deity. Many attendees later asked detailed questions about her abhinaya process, expressions, and internal dialogue, signaling a deep, thoughtful connection to the performance.
